Royal Decree ratifying the Acts of the Roumanian Regency
Bucharest, June 8, 1930.

Carol II, by the Grace of God and the national will King of Roumania, to all present and to come, greeting!
In virtue of the report of the President of our Council of Ministers, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Minister for Justice ad interim, No. 3429 of the 8th June, 1930, we have decreed and decree: –
Art. 1. All the acts accomplished, in the exercise of the Royal prerogative, by the High Regency or by the Council of Ministers from the time of the death of King Ferdinand I until the moment we took the oath, are ratified by us.
Art. 2. The President of our Council of Ministers, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Minister for Justice ad interim, is charged with bringing this decree into effect.
Given at Bucharest, this 8th day of June, 1930.
